如何处理surface "the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error"

surface 做系统重置后，重启提示
the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click "OK" to restart the computer, and then restart the installation.


解決方法：
