虚拟机万兆网卡测试为千兆的问题

发现虚拟机的一个奇怪的问题：

测试时网卡显示为 [Speed: 10000Mb/s] ，但测试结果为千兆网卡，当前主机 192.168.1.44/45 在同一个宿主机，使用ethtool 查看为[Speed: 10000Mb/s] 。
