You're used to seeing import statements at the top of a program, which means that the imported module is available anywhere in the program. But you can also import modules within a function, which means that the imported module is only available within the function.

1.used to seeing 是“过去常常‘”习惯于“的意思，自己使用的”曾经“是once，at one time，嘻嘻这个地方可是自己的基础有问题:)  used to do 和once可不是一个频率的事啊！：）这里突然想到一个问题，use 在英文中可是要used to do 的，这once or at one time 可不是use啊！嘻嘻，这倒是和翻译无关，中文中也有这个生活常识，使用时常常的反复，偶尔一次的用绝对不是use 。这句的古文翻译应该是什么呢？仔细想想，这么有哲理特点的句子，应该翻译出来会很酷的吧:)
2.说一下available 吧，net中翻译为“使用”，自己使用的是“有效”，这个词是形容词，is available 是标准的状态描述,说的是import module 的位置使用范围的问题，自己多少感觉说范围的有效性应该更贴切一些吧？！嘻嘻，所以这里沿用自己的翻译了。
